About
I’ve been on the web since 2009: first designing and building websites, then from 2019 building web apps. I lead frontend at Egg Live and work across React, TypeScript, Node, Postgres, and cloud. I like owning the whole loop: what to build, how it should feel, and whether it holds up.
I started in design, so I still care about the interface as much as the system behind it. I consider myself a generalist: I have rarely been the deepest person in any one layer, and I have almost always gotten the thing out the door. I care about the business, not only the code. I learn the domain, sit with product, and say no to work that doesn’t earn its place.
I adopted AI early and I still like it for the same reason: it lets people make more. I use it every day. I direct it, I review it, and I keep the architectural calls.
